We operate by our principles; collaboration, pioneer, human and sustainable.</p><h3><strong>The role</strong></h3> <p>We are looking for an energetic, driven, and hands-on Head of Nordics to lead and scale our global account executives team.</p> <p>This role demands an experienced leader with high ambitions, and the ability to coach, lead and mentor our people. She/he will report to and work closely with our Head of Sales and will be part of the sales leadership team, contributing to upgrading our sales methodology and processes. The position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.</p><h3><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul><li>Upgrading global brands and growth companies on their video and webinar efforts and winning strategic accounts for our global market expansion.</li><li>Every day working to improve our methodology of customer benchmarking, solution framework and video plans.</li><li>Ensuring our Swedish, Norwegian and Finnish new business pipeline is healthy, growing, and effectively managed.</li><li>Hiring, training, coaching, and leading a sales team of Account Executives. The team is growing up to +8 people next year.</li><li>Working closely with Marketing, Partnership, Product &amp; Customer Success to reach targets and open strategic markets.</li><li>Leveraging CRM data to construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and drive pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals.</li><li>Bringing energy, performance drive, and professionalism to the sales team in general and colleagues in the company.</li></ul>


<p>For you to thrive in the role;</p> <ul><li>You have a deep understanding of the current state of digital marketing and are eager to become an expert on video and webinars.</li><li>You are movivated by moving great brands into the world of video and driving them to upgrade their martech stack and practices.</li><li>You have a minimum of 2 years as a leader, you know how to motivate a team and help each team members to reach their targets.</li><li>You have succeeded in bringing commercial results with enterprise and growth accounts.</li><li>You’re a proven presenter with inspirations to become a trusted public speaker on video and webinars.</li><li>You are great at collaborating with other teams and working with commercial leaders on moving our market approach and methodology.</li><li>You are a core contributor to the performance and culture of TwentyThree.</li><li>You are a natural in English.</li></ul> <p><br /></p> <p>Finally, your background could be from;</p> <ul><li>Consulting, managing and moving global clients.</li><li>Agency, advising and driving projects to clients.</li><li>SaaS sales, closing global enterprise accounts.</li></ul>
