How to Embed Videos in HubSpot Emails with TwentyThree

You can host your videos on TwentyThree and embed them directly into your HubSpot emails, allowing you to keep all your videos in one place while collecting analytics from TwentyThree.

How to Embed a Video:

  1. Go to Embed in TwentyThree.
  2. Select Embed Options.
  3. Toggle on the Email option at the top of the menu.
  4. From the Email Provider menu, select HubSpot.
  5. Copy the embed code and paste it into the Customer HTML field in HubSpot.

Additional Options:

  • Show Play Button: Displays a play button on the video thumbnail.
  • Animated Thumbnail: Enable this to show an animated version of the thumbnail. When this is activated, it’s also possible to choose which part of the video to preview in the thumbnail. 
  • Direct Video Playback: Allows the video to be played directly within the email
