Invite each presenter with a personal link and they join from a browser. You decide what the audience sees: one speaker solo, everyone together in Panel view, or a presenter beside their slides in MixedMode. Each presenter can share a screen or application window, while you stage their slides in the WebinarTray. A PDF keeps fonts crisp and renders sharper than a shared screen. Add a phone as a second camera for another angle.
Rehearse and co-host before anything reaches the audience
The webinar room opens in rehearsal mode, so you and your speakers test cameras, audio and the WebinarTray with nothing reaching the audience until you press Go Live. Need a second pair of hands? CoProduce adds another host to run chat and questions while you produce.
Scale up to studio-grade production with GearMode
