Administering your users & access levels

Manage users in TwentyThree Personal

TwentyThree Personal offers two types of user levels: Admin and Collaborator.

What do the user types mean?

  • Administrator: An admin is able to add new members and adjust other members access levels. They are also able to create templates in Channels, add videos to the Video Library.
  • Collaborator: A collaborator will be able to create videos and participate in shared video tasks.

How to change user levels

Managing users can be done by clicking your profile icon at the top right of the page and going to "User Management." From here you can adjust each members permission level to Collaborator or Admin.
