Uploading a video to your account

When you want to upload a video to TwentyThree, make sure you are on a steady internet connection and you are using as modern a browser as possible. To secure the smoothest upload process, we recommend using the latest version of either Google Chrome, Edge or Mozilla Firefox, as they both support our HTML5 uploader and can handle big file sizes. The default max file is 16GB.

To upload a video, simply click on the "Upload Video" button in the top right corner of the page. You will then be presented with the following upload options:

Upload

Either drag and drop files on the grey area on top of the screen, or specify which files you wish to upload via the "select from your computer" link. Then the upload will begin, and you instantly have access to specifying meta data for the videos being uploaded: you can give each video title, description and tags, you can place them in categories, and decide whether or not they should be published as soon as they are ready for playback.

Remember to press the "Save" button for each video when you are done editing the metadata.

The Simple uploader

You can access the simple uploader by going to the link given under “Are you having trouble uploading?”. You can then choose a category where the videos should be placed in, select whether the video should be published as soon as it is ready for playback, and by clicking on the "Choose photos and video" button you select which files to upload.

When the upload is done, you can give the video a title and description, and the video should appear on the video overview page where you can click your way into the individual videos and edit their metadata.
