Evaluate your webinar engagement

Webinars allow you to engage your audience on many different fronts, with chats, questions, polls and handouts. The Engagement Tab is the home for all your webinar engagement and allows you to easily analyse and evaluate how people engaged with your webinar. You can find the Engagement Tab on your Webinar’s Manage Page, under your webinar’s title and hero image.

The Webinar Engagement tab

Engagement

Under Engagement you will see an overview of the engagement statistics from your webinar. Here you will see the number of chat messages and questions sent during the webinar, number of poll votes and number of file downloads.

Poll

Under Poll you will see all the polls you staged during your webinar. For each poll you will see the number of votes and the split between answer options. To see who voted for each option, click “View” next to the option. This will take you to Audience with the right selections pre-set. You can even download the full statistics for each poll as a .csv file by clicking the download icon at the top of the poll.

Handouts

All of the files you have shared during a webinar are listed under Handouts, as well as, how many times each file was downloaded. You can see who downloaded each file by clicking “View” next to the file. You can also download the full statistics for your handouts as a .csv file by clicking the download icon at the top.

Questions

In Questions you can see all the questions asked during the webinar, as well as the name and email address of the person who sent in the question. You can download a list of all your questions as a .csv file by clicking the download icon.

Chat

In Chat you will see a transcript of all the chat messages sent during your webinar as well as the name and email of the sender. You can also download this full transcript as a .csv file by clicking the download icon at the top.

Audience Profile

If you click on a profile of a specific attendee, you can see all their engagement as part of the timeline in “Audience.” This gives you a holistic overview of how this person has engaged with video and webinars before and also all milestones in terms of asking questions, sending chat messages and voting for polls.
